Order Modification or Cancellation

After placing an order, you have 12 hours to request order modifications or cancellation.

After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing or production and cannot be modified or canceled.

To request changes, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Full Coverage (Seller Responsibility)

We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, if the issue is caused by our error.

This includes:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Incorrect size, style, or color sent by us
  • Customization error made by our team
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Item defective or stained upon arrival
  • Package lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

In these cases, Sperok will cover all replacement or refund costs.

Limited Coverage (Customer Responsibility)

Returns or exchanges requested for the following reasons are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following situations:

  • Customized or personalized items unless they arrive defective or incorrect
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Returns due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Packages refused by the recipient without contacting us first
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or poor maintenance
  • Gift cards or promotional coupons

Return Process

To start a return or exchange request:

  • Contact our customer support team via email.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • Our support team will review your request and provide return authorization and return instructions.

Please note:

  • Returns must be approved before being sent back.
  • Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
  • The return address may be different from the shipping address on your package.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Returns are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
